All returns must go through Mercari. We want to ensure that the return complies with our Return Policy. If we approve the request, we’ll send a prepaid return label straight to your email inbox.

Make sure that you DO NOT refuse delivery of the item when it’s delivered to you if you wish to return the item. Once you accept and receive the item from the carrier, you can then contact Mercari to begin the return process for the item.

We can’t protect returning items on your own or when you refuse the delivery. If you do so, you may not be eligible for a refund and the funds may be released to the seller
