Prepaid debit cards must first have a registered billing address in order to be processed on Mercari.

You can set up a temporary billing address by contacting your card provider. Use this address when you add the card to My Payments in your Settings.

If you card or provider does not support registering an address, you will not be able to use the card to purchase on Mercari.

Hold on to your card until your transaction has been completed. All refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
