You can ship to a PO Box using USPS services. UPS Ground Saver also supports delivery to PO Boxes.

All FedEx services and UPS Ground do not allow delivery to PO Boxes.

For return labels, sellers are responsible for ensuring their return address is accurate. Mercari is not responsible for undeliverable returns.

If FedEx or non–Ground Saver UPS options are your only available methods and you don’t have an alternate address, or if USPS isn’t available in your area, ask the seller if they can relist the item with the “ship on your own” option. Then use a carrier available in your area.

Note: A tracking number is required when shipping on your own.

You may also contact your local Post Office to ask if a PO Box Street Address can be used to receive UPS or FedEx deliveries.
