Checking views and likes

To check your items’ views and likes, go to your profile and tap “Selling.” Beneath the item’s image, the eye icon stands for views and the heart icon stands for likes.

Putting your listings in Vacation mode 

Taking a quick break from selling or going on a getaway? You can temporarily deactivate your listings with Vacation mode, so you won’t miss a sale or shipment deadline. To put your listings in Vacation mode, log in to your Mercari.com account, Tap your Profile > Account settings > Vacation > On > Select Start and End Date > Save. Your listings will automatically reactivate when your break ends. You can also edit or turn off Vacation mode at any time. Learn more.

Note: Returns may still be approved and processed while you are away. Ensure that you have arranged for your mail to be held at the post office and for a friend or family member to check for any packages that may be delivered while you are gone. 

Deactivating your listings

To deactivate your listings, go to your profile and tap My listings > Select the listings you want to deactivate or “Select All” > Deactivate.

Reactivating deactivated listings

To reactivate a listing, go to your profile and tap My listings > Inactive > and Select the listings you want to reactivate or “Select all” > Reactivate.
