You are unable to cancel your direct deposit due to one of these situations:
- Your direct deposit has been locked for processing.
- Your direct deposit has already been processed and it’s reflected in your deposit history.
We are unable to cancel any direct deposits for these cases. You can wait for the direct deposit to be rejected within 10 days after processing if the account and routing numbers you submitted do not belong to a valid account. If you know you entered the wrong bank account information, please contact the Help Center.
You have until 11:59 PM (PT) the day of your request to cancel.
Be sure to use the correct bank account information for your requests. We assume no responsibility for user error.
