Why can’t I request a direct deposit?

If your direct deposit privileges have been revoked, you probably need to verify your identity. You’ll be asked to provide current and accurate information about yourself including:

  • Name, address, date of birth, Social Security number
  • Driver’s license or other government-issued identification
  • Additional documents or information to help us verify your identity

We may use a third-party vendor to verify the information you provide. It’s prohibited to use false information or to impersonate another person in your account.
