All returns must be requested within 72 hours of delivery through the Order Status page or by opening a return request through the Mercari Help Center. This so we are able to ensure that the return complies with our Return Policy. If we approve the request, we’ll send a prepaid return label straight to your email inbox.
As well, make sure that you do not refuse delivery of the item when it’s delivered if you wish to return the item. Once you accept and receive the item from the carrier, you can then contact Mercari to begin the return process for the item.
We are unable to provide support if you return an item on your own or if you refuse the delivery. If you do so, you may not be eligible for a refund and the funds may be released to the seller
