Is there a service that will pick up, pack, and mail my sold item?

For USPS shipments, you may schedule a free pick-up with USPS. Your item must be packed and your prepaid mailing label must be attached.

Mercari does not offer a pick-up service for UPS or FedEx. If you call UPS or FedEx for a pick-up request of your package, you will be responsible for all costs related to the pick-up.

Effective May 31, 2023, we no longer offer a Pick Up and Pack Up service.
