Do I send the item directly to my buyer?

Yes, once your item is purchased, you’ll be able to view your buyer’s address from the item’s Order Status page. Please note that this information is only available for transactions that are currently in progress.

If you’re shipping with Mercari, for your convenience, the prepaid label already has your buyer’s address on it.

If you’re shipping on your own, send the item directly to your buyer’s address.

Please remember to ship the item within three (3) business days.

Once you have dropped off the item with the shipping carrier, it is your responsibility to tap the “I Shipped It” button. Failure to confirm shipment could result in the buyer canceling the order, which means you will not receive payment.
