Mercari aims to give sellers peace of mind by processing payments from buyers on your behalf, so you don’t have to worry about handling payments or getting paid. Buyers usually have 72 hours from delivery to review their order, confirm the item was received as described and rate the transaction. Once the buyer rates the order, the funds are released to you and your payment appears in your Mercari account as balance. View your balance by visiting your profile and tapping “Balance” at the top.
