In order to maintain a safe and friendly environment online, we ask everyone who interacts with us or on our social media channels to comply with these Community Guidelines and Facebook’s, Instagram’s, Twitter’s, or any other community standards you’re engaging through. Help us maintain a kind and positive space.
- Healthy debates and discussions are natural, but respect and courtesy are required. Visitors posting profane content, hate speech or attacking others on our channels will be blocked.
- Please treat everyone with respect.
- Everyone is welcome. Please remember that we all have different experiences, interests, and knowledge. We see our social channels as a way to bring the Mercari community together.
- Continue to abide by Mercari’s Prohibited Conduct Policy and do not engage in any activity that may conflict with our Policies.

- Some reminders from our policies for our social channels:
- Please continue to sell items within the Mercari app or site and not on our social channels. Communication about your orders should only take place via the Mercari app or website.
- Although sharing links to your Mercari profile and listing links are fine, please be considerate and don’t spam.
- Respect your privacy and the privacy of others. Never post personal information such as mailing address, email address, credit card information, phone number, or other personal information. Never post images of people or screenshot their profiles without their express permission.
- Creativity is great, but make sure not to post any inappropriate content or content that violates our Prohibited Items Policy.

Mercari reserves the right to delete any content we deem inappropriate or off-topic or in violation of our community guidelines or Policies. We may also block members at any time for any reason including those who post spam or inappropriate content.
