Excellent antique condition, no flaws. Gorgeous genuine blood coral cabochon measures 12mm x 6mm and is framed in an oval openwork setting. There is an "L" stamped on the inner band along with what is likely the purity stamp but I cannot make it out. This piece has been extensively tested and is guaranteed to be solid 18k gold. Total weight is 3.07 grams.
