***Flaws noted in photos. There are some snags on the back middle area, one tiny hole near the waist, some holes or snags at the very bottom of the dress; more than likely where it dragged the ground a bit! The dress has so much going on that the flaws are easy to miss unless you are really looking for them. 
Some discoloration on the lining inside.

***There are areas where the beads and crystals have come off. Other beads and crystals are actively coming off. As a result, the piece would be great for restoration.***

This is a beautiful vintage dress made by Mike Benet Formals in a size 8 (likely about a 4 or 6 today). The dress has a chiffon layer on top of a solid base layer with a beaded band and straps. The top looks like a halter top. The color is more of an ivory or off-white, and there are some stains. One the back, the eyes that the hooks attach too are missing. Aside from damage to the beading and missing eyes, the dress is in very good shape.

Slighty Damaged — Vintage 1960s-70s Mike Benet Formals Halter Dress with Beading

Cream prairie style max dress, untagged est. 60’s to early 80’s Era. Possibly handcrafted.

This dainty dress has 3/4 sleeves with triple hook & eye button loops at the cuffs. Built in mauve sash at the waist. Material feels to be 100% cotton, zip closure in back. Fitted bust with a round lace lined neckline, full A line skirt. Dress is in great vintage condition with no notable flaws. Slight transparency in the fabric. 

Would best fit a modern 0-2, or even big kid’s 16 XL.

Overall very nice vintage condition.  Clean exterior with one small water spot on exterior back by top of zipper (pic #10, tough to see). One rhinestone missing from bow (pic).  Hems show dirt from wear (due to length) - not really visible when worn as it's only on the bottom edge.  Interior hem needs reinforcement, stitching has come undone in some areas.  Bow is secured with safety pin on interior (may be original by design).

One of kind unique beading detail 
All beads look to be intact, there is so much detail to the garment, Ive looked it over so many times.
The only thing I can find is a slight pulling on the silk at the chest area. See photo. 
Has a heavier weight to it with all of the beading detail.
