Old Vintage Vatican Box/Pope Box/Pill Box Embossed Oval Case

I have had this wooden box for a while, but am downsizing and even though I love this item; some of my things need to go.  it is oval 6 inches x 5 inches x 2 3/4 inches high.  It is  painted on top with a bouquet of flowers in the center and a trim around the outside edge.  These are done in greens and burgundy's.  There is lace around the bottom of the removeable lid. The inside is lined as well with flowers and leaves!!  Beautiful item.  There is a name written on the bottom. Would be a great item to have!!  Thanks for looking!!
