his is a stunning vintage dress designed by Wayne Diamond for Diamond's Run, size  11, made in the USA, solid black skirt (100% polyester), tiny silver oval print on top (100% acetate ~ looks gold but is silver ~ is stretchy) , with long sleeves (some gathering at very end), shoulder pads, L side zipper, dropped waist, draped at center & all the way around, black embellishment L side w/sequins & plastic feathers, netting underlay, fully lined on top, and dry clean only.  It is in excellent condition with no rips, tears, stains, or repairs, & has been cleaned.  It is really a beautiful dress!!
