Item is pre-owned and in good condition with no holes or tears. There is one small area of light stains as shown in last picture. This has been freshly washed. I pulled on the elastic & it seems to still be fine everywhere. Smoke free environment.

This is a very nice retro fitted sheet with a variety of flowers throughout. This is a no iron percale sheet.

Part of a large vintage estate purchase. Sheets and linens were primarily stored and therefore in excellent condition. Sheets are 50% cotton, 50% polyester unless otherwise noted. This is a flat sheet. It measures 84" wide x 96" long. It is in near perfect condition.
