Bandai Banpresto Vibration Stars Upper Moon 3, Akaza Figure

This figure does come with the original box, but it's missing the plastic that surrounds the figure that goes inside.
But I will still pack him with care! :)
The figure is in good condition, but there is a scratch on his base, and his torso is loose.
The torso was loose when I purchased him, and I've read where a few other people were having a similar issue with this same figure.
So, it must be a manufacturing error.
But it wasn't an issue for me, as I didn't move him around very often, he just sat on my bookshelf. :)
