FRINGE IS INTACT ON ALL 3 SIDES

THIS IS BEAUTIFUL COVERLET - APPEARS TO HAVE NEVER BEEN USED
Finished with a knotted string fringe on three sides, round corners at the foot
Pictures taken on a full size bed
74" side to side (plus 6" fringe) x 103 top to bottom (with 3" fringe)

George Washington chose the original of this bedspread for his lovely bride, Martha. Though the original weave was lost when textile machinery replaced skilled hand weavers, the talented team at Bates Manufacturing was able to resurrect this beautiful pattern in 1940.

I see one tiny 'pull' on the reverse side - see picture.  I did not try to pull it back.  It does NOT impact anything on this beautiful highly sought after bedspread. Otherwise no wear on the chenille, fringe is all intact, gorgeous piece!

Very nice mid century desk top address file. Metal with sliding tab and metal push plate. All the original cards are present as well as the phone numbers written on them. Works perfectly! It does have some scratches, but is in really great vintage condition!
