One would buy the bracelet (without charms) and then collect the charms that were attached as a bonus to various Polly Pocket packaging of sets one would buy.  There were 10 charms. In used condition

"Vintage" (1989-1997) Polly Pocket dolls are approximately 1" tall and most bend at the waist, babies do not.
