Late 70/80s Candies label.was all the rage . The skirt  fabric has  silver threads running through the cotton fabric. The tops is crocheded lined fabric with a slight pad in the bustline. Ties around neck..There is a black rayon long attached slip. Zips up back size is 3. Bust is 30" dress is xs. We called these Granny Dresses and Candy's labels were mypersonal  favorite.

Vintage  Maxi Dress by Candies 1979

This is an Amazing Vintage Gunne Sax dress perfect for any occasion and only worn twice.
It is actually an Antique because it is 52 years old.
How do I know it is Vintage and has only been worn twice, well it is mine!
I bought it in 1970 and wore it only twice and the reason I remember so well it that the 2nd time I wore it
was at my father's 50th Birthday party where I announced I was pregnant.
Needless to say I never could fit into it again, lol. I weighed 110 then.
It is in excellent condition and has only one small spot I show in a picture circled. And in the picture
next to it you can see that it is almost unnoticeable in the skirt unless you look closely for it.
Also 2 pictures to show how hook needs to be resewn down.
Tightly cinched waist, this is a Prairie or Renaissance Dress made of perhaps cotton and muslim, there are no tags of material.
Rope and twine lace up front with panel of beautiful beige or ivory lace and detailed stunning Edwardian Sleeves.

Size 11 however it may fit like 8/9

Approximate Measurements:
From shoulder to waist 16 in. 
From waist to bottom 27 in.
Waist 10 in. and can stretch to 15 in.
