Specifically made for only the Members Subscription group called "Friends of Boyds"  from the BOYDS BEARS 2005 Collection.  This is both a licensed M&M© and BOYDS Bears   Collectable Figurine.  However this one you had to be signed up for their membership which you would receive a unique Collectable every month. The membership collectables would be packaged in this dark green box with the gold stamp and the Seal stating " BOYDS Bears & Friends"!  I have included pictures of these seals. This box is not in the best condition but the Resin Figure is perfect!   The Bear is wearing a cute Red Plain M&M costume!  This one is kinda rare but the Orange M&M Peeker is the most rare.  The resin figure is about 4 inches tall and was made only in 2005. It's different from the catalog because this Bear has a  little green patch on its behind and the other regular resin figure from the catalog has yellow patch on its behind.  Also its Pose is slightly different from the standard catalog resin figure
