Camera Lenses

This is a rairly rare Carl Zeiss Anamorphot 2x 63 anamorphic lens with a 2x compression ratio. These lenses were made in the early 50 with a unique coating that was later shared with Moller and even later, Panavision. These lenses work great at fast apertures. Many times I have used my Canon FD SSC 50mm f/1.4 and my 85mm f/1.8 as taking lenses using them wide open and it worked perfect. The focus and locking ring on this one work great. The optics and coatings are in very nice shape. The lens does have a light haze on the inside however it isnt bad. In direct light it does create a slight filtration like a 1/8 black pro mist and gives it a very unique vintage look. The flares from this lens are a beautiful magenta purpleish color. The body does have scratches and dings. The front of the lens does have a 86mm filter thread that you can use to attach a front single focus solution. You can look on YT and see lots of videos I have posted about this lens.
