Carole Little midi dress. Size 10 GUC

Fun, bright and cheerful colors in this vintage 1980's or 90's Carole Little skirt and top set. Crinkle 100% rayon. Dry clean.  The top is a mock wrap pull over with large shoulder pads (tacked on so could be removed). Wide elastic smocking on the sides of the waist. The long sleeves are tapered at the wrist. Cute fringe detail at the waist with multi color beads. The skirt is pull on and has a wide elastic waist band. The elastic is still stretchy but is @ 30 yrs old so it was probably stretcher when new.  Both pieces are marked size 10, todays size 4/6.  The top measures 20" long. Laying flat seam to seam it's 20" across under the arms, 14" at the un-stretched waist. The skirt is marked petite. It measures 31" long. Laying flat it's 13 1/2" at  the un-stretched waist. Beautiful condition. I see no issues. I would mark as like new but for the elastic.  The look great together but also  great with different top or bottom.  I love the skirt with a simple black tee and a belt.
