This was given to Walt Disney World cast members for their 1999 Holiday Celebration. It needs a battery.
The one I am selling is completely in the package and has not been taken out of the plastic wrap. The pictures are from another one that I have. I’m assuming that the battery would make it work but it is 24 years old. It has been kept on a shelf in a smoke free shelf
