Very feminine vintage goldtone metal powder compact. Art Deco with a cream color enamel and an ornately decorated gold floral design. The lid is a mirror and a compartment for powder has a lid that has a tiny release to open it. It has the original powder puff but it’s falling apart and is there simply for the vintage esthetic. The bottom shows more wear as shown in the photo. Measures 3.5 x 3 inches.  It’s very sturdy and well made by Elgin in USA.

This is a vintage Elgin table clock. Ia not sure if it still works, no battery. Pretty floral design with wood look (this is actually that durable plastic).

Stands a little under a foot tall.

Good vintage condition. I believe this may have had a bottom cover, not quite sure but there isn't one. See pic.

 beautifully etched, gold toned compact. Signed in interior near the hinge. 3. 3/16" x 3.5"width. 
The mirror is in very good condition with a few imperfections on the backside (please see pic). This compact looks gently used and is a great slim and sleek design for easy carrying in any size purse.

1905 Elgin Ornate Case, Dial and Movement. Dial has a Pink inlay, Gold Louis XIV Hands and Accents Case as you have seen is pristine with nice Patina, Movement is intricately etched and running with a strong beat and keeping excellent time. This thing is basically still in New Condition. 15 Jeweled Movement 3 hinged cover's and please remember that when closing the front, DON'T snap it shut, press the crown and close. You will wear out the clip and won't close.

This fabulous vintage Elgin American Cigarette Case and Cigarette Lighter is in Victorian style. Comes with its original green cloth pouch as shown in photo.
In great working condition. 

Comes with original instructions.
Lighter is about 3 1/4" x 4 7/8". Case is 4 5/8" x 6 7/8".

The inside of the case is signed, "PET PEND. Elgin American, Made in U. S. A."

This would be a perfect addition to your Compacts, Cigarette Cases, Lighters and other collectibles by Elgin American.

 It is in the gold tone metal that Elgin is known for making its cases, lighters and compacts. It is in a compact style, with a place inside to hold the cigarettes. When the case is opened, there is a button to either leave the lighter in the closed position or to have it open and strike when the case is opened. 

The metal cigarette holders are held by a spring action to keep the stored cigarettes in place. The lighter pulls straight out of the compact for the purpose of filling it.

Vintage Elgin American Gold Lighter

A great vintage cigarette case with attached lighter from the 40’s era. It is stamped “Pat Pend. Elgin American Made In USA” in the inside of the case. This case is called a Magic Action case with lighter because when you open the case to take out a cigarette and then close the lid, the lighter automatically flips up with your light. It’s an ingenious item. The case measures about 5” by 3 1/4”. It wasn’t used and it is in great vintage condition. The lighter of course, has no fluid in it. This is such a pretty piece, it’s unusual and a nice item to own and use, or what a great gift.
