Franklin Mint Rose of Love Flower Diamond White Sapphire Necklace Inspired by Romeo & Juliet. Great condition. The length is 22". 

Although I do NOT have the certificate of authenticity, I was able to find its words online. It acknowledged that this necklace originally came with earrings and the set was titled "The Rose of Love" with "Romeo and Juliet" written below. It further reads, "...The tricolor pendant is handcrafted of solid sterling silver, with four glittering white sapphires, and a single genuine diamond..."
