This is a healthy Staghorn Fern (Platycerium Bifurcatum) in a 4 inch pot ready for mounting! Really hard to find! 
PLANT CARE: 
These tropical plants need good air circulation, bright indirect light, warm temperatures, moderate humidity and consistent moisture. Staghorn ferns absorb water through their fronds as well as the roots so be sure to soak the basal fronds and the medium.
PLANT MEDIUM: 
Fern Staghorns need a soil medium that can retain moisture but drain excess water to avoid the root rot. Most pre-mixed soils will suffice. Make sure that there is plenty of organic matter, like coco-coir, peat moss, or shredded leaves, and avoid soils that contain moisture retaining crystals.
