This coat is in good condition. There's no holes, rips, or missing buttons. Please note however, that the one button I pictured is loose. I used it in the loose condition you see it in for 3 winters, so it seems to be still sturdy. I never felt comfortable enough to fix it myself.

There's pilling on the outside fabric from regular wear, but I did not see any stains. The inside lining is still nice and in great condition.

My favorite thing about this coat is the bottom part around the butt and legs is designed to be buttonless. I was able to move and traverse snow without feeling trapped and wrapped up inside the coat. It really helped when trying to not lose my balance.

The down side is that there's no hood or buttons to add a hood. I found it to keep me pretty warm and it has a nice heavy, sturdy feel to it.

Size XS (0/2). This women's black peacoat from George is made with a blend of 88% polyester, 10% rayon, and 2% spandex, ensuring a comfortable fit with just a bit of stretch. The coat features a double-breasted button closure and a collared neckline with a button on top to button down the collar of desired. 

It is machine washable, with a lining made of 100% polyester. There is some pilling on the coat, as shown in the photos but is in overall good pre-owned condition

Nice weight to it, pretty light weight but is warm enough for the average winter day. Freshly laundered. Very good used condition with some stitching gone on elbow of one sleeve, (*see in pic) but hard to see.
