Trimmed in delicate lace w/ a high lace collar neckline.
Pearl buttons on the front of blouse and on the sleeve cuffs.

Vintage 70’s Jessica’s Gunnies Gunne Sax Ivory Lace Pearl

Can it be #cottagecore? Yeah, but I personally prefer Megan-Follows-in-Anne-of-Green-Gables Core. Even Marilla Cuthbert would approve of this extravagant, yet sensible and modest vintage blouse. Likely from the 70s, this blouse has held up well for it's age, but definitely has history, including general discoloration (additional photo taken outside to give better clarity), some small spots here and there, some loose threads, a pinhole, and no size or material tag (I'd wager a small/ cotton/poly blend). I'd say please dont expect perfection, but that should go without saying for anyone interested in white Gunne Sax/Jessica McClintock. In great vintage condition. All faux pearl buttons intact. No stretch. Brand is Jessica's Gunnies.

Measurements (laying flat): 14.75" shoulder to shoulder, 17.75" pit to pit, 19" across hemline, 23.5” sleeve length (down to bottom of lace cuff), 24.25" top of shoulder down to hemline.

Fabric: 100% acetate

Fit: Straight fit, button front, tapered straight sleeves.

Additional Details: Amazing pointed lace collar, lace up each side of the button placket, plastic round mother-of-pearl look buttons, lace cuffs, puff shoulders are done in shirred crinoline lace instead of shoulder pads, shiny satin finish.

Condition: Gently worn with some minor flaws - light spot on the collar and shoulder, light yellowing around the inside of collar, a small hole in the left shoulder, fraying fabric under the lapel.
