- neck to hem length 43.5 in.
- shoulder width 11.75 in.
- sleeve length ~25.5 in. (a bit difficult to measure due to the slight puff silhouette)

flaws: one of the original buttons is missing and has been replaced with a similar one

dress has been worn out once for a few hours then cleaned gently.

A stunning piece by Gunne Sax / Jessica McClintock, this vintage 90s black velvet dress features a halter neckline adorned with pearls, form fitting cut, front slit, and back zipper closure / button at the back of the neck.

Perfect for proms, graduation parties, weddings, dressy events and special occasions. Its gorgeous, and somehow both very charmingly 90s but also classic and timeless.

Measures 14 1/2 inches underarm to underarm, 46 inches underarm to bottom hem, waist measures 12 1/4 inches across. The size tag is a 5/6; it fits like a modern Womens Extra Small. 

In excellent pre-owned condition, no damage or stains.

A beautiful and nostalgic dress! In good used condition but please see all photos and note that there is some fading due to washing, minor pilling throughout and that one button is missing 

Unfortunately the sizing and care tag so please refer to these measurements for fit. Fits like a modern medium in my opinion

Rare Gunne Sax by Jessica McClintock, 1970's Blue Polka Dot Midi Dress! Size 11, but fits like a S, imo. It's beautiful and was a lovely gift to wear for my graduation, but I've only worn it twice, once then and once to take these photos. I would love to keep it, but it should go to someone who can love it as it should be loved. 
It has boning, I've been poked once, (so definitely legit boning) that creates such a beautiful and vintage silhouette. The ruffles are cute and add to that vintage vibe as well! 
I've never come across another dress like this, it's quite rare, as most Gunne Sax dresses seem to be.
