I purchased these boots brand new in Austin, TX. in  August of 2005. (I remember because I was there evacuating from Hurricane Katrina). I paid $250.00.
These boots have been worn plenty,but I always stored them back in their original box after wearing them. There is slight peeling on the back heel (See photo 4 for a close up.) OTHER than that there's no damage at all. Those little peeling strips could be glued down probably. 
Size USA 8. 
These are super RARE! I haven't found these online yet in this color. ( I once came across a brown pair.) Hence the high price tag.

I love these shoes! Irregular Choice boots are hard to find and curent prices of boots are around $400/pair. Very unique with leather trim including over platform, a style used a lot by this brand. Studded platform on leather trim. Upper fabric is a tapestry feel in a great southwestern pattern. Lined in a very low pile fleece style very soft fabric. 
Very nice, size measured, some wear

NOTE measured size! They fit me perfectly and I am usually a size 9. Size is in general printed on bottom and has worn off on these.

Never worn.  Reluctant sale, but I have to downsize my collection and am selling shoes I will likely never wear.  Hopefully, they will find a new home where they will be shown off;)
