Lil Makin’ Faces Babydoll Vintage 1980s

This vintage doll from the 1950s is a charming addition to any collection. Made by Irwin, this 5.5 inch Kewpie doll is made of celluloid and is an original piece from the time 1950’s. It is rubber strung, allowing movement in the joints, and is wearing what appears to be a handmade 2 piece outfit.

• 2-3/4” Wide (Arm to Arm)
• 5-1/2” Tall

Condition - Good

• This vintage doll is in good preowned vintage condition, with expected signs of previous use, including some discolorations, and debris, consistent with age. It is in good working order, but must be handled with care, since it is made of delicate celluloid plastic. I’m not sure how good the rubber is, as rubber does tend to get brittle with age. See photos for the most accurate description of this item.

Vintage L'il Makin' Faces "I Wink" Baby Doll Irwin Toys NOS #95222 NIB

This doll is in great vintage condition with few marks/no major defects. She was produced, I believe, in 1989 per my research. Baby shivers dolls have a soft vinyl body.  She does have a mechanism inside, but this doll is untested. As she is vintage, I did not want to detach her head to see if she works for fear of damaging her. She has been dressed in new preemie baby clothes and a handmade diaper, which are included. She has custom eyelashes. She is sold as is.  Please refer to all pictures as they are a part of the description. She is truly adorable and weighs about 2 1/2  pounds. Please feel free to ask questions or make an offer.
