Good condition but has tiny hole in leather on the strap, and the hardware has discoloration, which is subtle (and I actually like it; its somewhere between silver and gold in color now).

This brown leather shoulder bag has a beautiful classic style. She is in great condition for her age. This shoulder bag has a 10" drop.  I has brass feet and gold tone hardware. There are signs of wear on the corners. The interior of the bag has two main pockets and one zipper pocket. One pocket appears to have been used more than the other. This bag has a zipper closure. All the zippers work. There are signs of wear on the hardware and the exterior leather of the bag. Give her a good polish and you have one great bag.  Please review all pictures for condition before purchase.

This bag is made by John Romain. It is in excellent used condition with a brown leather outside and maroon interior which I believe is silk. The bag measures approximately 6 in tall, 10 in wide, 4 inches deep, and has a drop of about 21 in. There is a functional buckle detail on the strap and buckles on each side with feet on the bottom, all made from gold colored hardware.

Vintage 60s Basket Nantucket Style Bag Rare, vintage basket bag by John Romain. Brass tone medallion & scales of justice pattern and turn lock closure. Gold tone brass feet on the bottom. Oxblood Leather handle & trim. Good vintage condition - tarnished on the hardware. Leather on the inside is slightly curled, good shape for a bag of this age. It has the numbers 3-70 inscribed in gold on the inside leather pocket.
