Costume jewelry signed by Kramer of NY, lots of bling. These earrings are beautiful when cleaned and definitely have a shine and a shimmer to them. 

The earrings are quite vintage, Kramer had stopped making jewelry in 1970, making them at  least 50 yrs old. They are extremely beautiful for their age. And if you notice on the  back of each earring the stones are set very well and protected from coming loose or falling out easily. The earrings are also clip-on earrings.

Obviously, the earrings were made to stand the test of time.
