This is a kwikset convert smart lock. It works with any brand of deadbolt and you can use an app to lock or unlock it from another location.  You use your existing deadbolt and this basically just fits over it same keys you have currently will work. I actually installed one myself and if I can do it anyone can! Compatible with zigbee 3.0 and xfinity but is also stand alone. Smart home capabilities.

These chips are tested and excluded using my SmartThings hub. Follow your hub's instructions for inclusion into your network. This is not a Bluetooth chip and will NOT work with the Kwikset App.
