This is a definitive collector's piece of the Lip Service brand and is an extremely rare, meaning you can't find a similar LS item for sale on any online platform. This is stamped "M" for medium. With a chest measurement of 37 1/2" we'd say it sizes like a regular fit medium or a classic (looser) fit small. It all depends upon how you want it to fit when wearing it.
