Minimal marks/scratches and minimal wear spots to gold paint. Box has crushes, bends,scuffs, and a small hole in it. Chair is in very good near mint condition. Measurements in photos. Dollhouse is in good condition, color is good with red/ black roof, red shutters. Chimney still in tact. Some wear, very little rust. Could be cleaned up better I am sure. Miniature:
