This is going on 2 decades old. Been in a sealed display case forever. Purchased from Mr Lev at Toy Tokyo at San Diego Comic con back in 2003 or so. I believe I paid $100 for this open box figure that was displayed.  I was able to find an old Japanese Vinyl Toy Magazine which has a feature on this piece (last pic), that way you can see more details and how special this one is.  This is a unique vintage Medicom toy vinyl art piece from the early days before this culture really exploded! 

Note the Magazine is not included, it’s just shown in listing as reference.  But I am including the original tag it came with.  It was originally in a plastic bag stapled to the blue tag on top.

This is from the 25th anniversary rare limited edition collection. Sold out and hard to find. I’ve only seen one other listing and that’s overseas. This is cheapest one on EBay and will be shipped from USA.

It is open box but still sealed in the package. So figure is brand new.  There’s also another sealed package inside, something related to the anniversary. Box was only opened to see what figure was inside.
