Gently used (worn probably a handful of times if that, was my father's and i never saw him wear it) in excellent condition, mens SIZE 46 REGULAR double breasted trench coat tan / khaki / beige. Removable faux fur lining.  Has a belt, the belt has a dark stain on both sides, aside from that the coat itself has no stains.   I tried to use stain remover on the marks I couldn't get it off, so in the pictures it looks wet in the spot, that will dry but the little black markings are the stains I can't seem to get off.  Doesn't have to wear with the belt or can use a different belt if that mark is bothersome.   About 43 inches long from collar to end, sleeve length from shoulder to end is 24 inches.  Pit to pit with it buttoned is about 24 inches.  I did my best measuring. I'm sure you could search this brands size chart for more exact measurements. From a smoke free home.

Vintage  80's Misty Harbor Mens trench coat 40 reg

I bought this at a convention intending to possibly use it for cosplay but never did. I only tried it on once and it has been sitting in my closet since. I don't know where the stains on the back came from. 
Judging by the tag inside, it says it's a 44 reg.

This is a fantastic vintage men's Misty Harbor Khaki Sherlock Holmes Trenchcoat in a size 38 (which is appx a medium to large) This Jacket features a tan velvety fleece lining with a peace colored silky lining, and a sophisticated back slit.

It has a large buttons up the front.

The two sides have pockets and buttons down the front and on the sleeves. All of the buttons are present.

It is in excellent pre-owned condition with no rips, stains, tears, or holes.

Excellent Vintage preowned condition. The inner Twill lining is removable, so the jacket can be worn in the warmer months. There are 2 pockets on the outside of the coat, and it comes with 2 extra buttons sewn inside just in case. The sleeves have straps on the end so you can tighten them to better fit your arm. 

Made in the USA by the International Ladies Garment Workers Union. Manufactured sometime between 1974-1995 based on the tags. 

No apparent signs of flaws. The only flaw is some loose buttons, but all are still attached. The original belt is also missing.

I’m 5’10” and it hits me at the knee, but is a bit short in the sleeve length.
