This vintage skirt is totally unique and absolutely stunning. It's constructed of a lightweight black mesh material with shiny blue, pink, and gold (Christmas tree tinsel-like) fibers woven throughout, giving it a shimmery confetti-flecked appearance. Funtional textured gold-colored buttons go down the front of the skirt. The wearer can unbutton a few buttons to create a slit of their desired length.
