A fantastic find! 2 button front closure mod blazer sport coat jacket. 
Classic 60s cut with a narrow notched lapel and tapered fit.  Plus the classic union label inside one of the interior pockets.  Unfortunately, I couldnt find a fiber tag and couldnt really read the union label.  But it feels like wool or a wool blend.

Other details include:
Back double vent.
Button accents on the slit cuffs. 
2 lower pockets.
Inset chest pocket.
Interior pockets.
Straight hemline. 
Partially lined interior.

Excellent vintage condition except for a small mend on the lower backside.  See pics.  No smells, stains and little sign of wear.
