In my family since the ‘40s. 80 years old. Heavy weighted china porridge bowl is 6” in diameter and 1.5” deep. 

Pictured is Santa Bunny visiting sleeping child bunny who’s left a stocking on the bedpost.

Signed by Barbara Vernon, one of the famed painters for Royal Doulton. 
Back is double stamped with colorful Bunnykins insignia plus green stamp.

Excellent condition for its age. Never in dishwasher! No chips or cracks or crazing - just some utensil marks on inside of bowl.

Perfect for a collector or for feeding your child!

Vintage Royal Doulton D6655 "The Balloon Man" Collector Plate circa 1980.
The Old Balloon Seller is perhaps the best known of all Royal Doulton figures.
Designed by Leslie Harradine, in production since 1940.
The modeller of this particular piece, the second in the series, was William K. Harper
Excellent condition, with one small defect I've noted in the picture. Otherwise no chips, cracks, scratches or crazing.

The plate measures approx.10" (25 cm) across.

This Figurine is part of a collection of Royal Doulton Figurines that has been lovingly maintained by my late great aunt in a glass showcase for many years, in a smoke-free apartment.

Royal Doulton Ballon Man HN 1954

This is an absolutely incredible rare retired Royal Doulton "The Royal Jester" figurine by C. J. Noke figurine HN 2016. The familiar image of the 1800's traditional jester with dangling bells and colorful, mismatching patterns. It depicts a Jester holding a grey balloon sitting on a grey stone bucket. The Jester is wearing an incredible vibrant hat and clown like outfit. His outfit has different vibrant details of grey, burgundy, black and some yellow. He has tights that are grey with black strips on one leg. He has realistic detailed features with his sarcastic face and winking. The figurine is high glazed and it's 10" tall. This piece was first produced in the 1940's. The Royal Doulton is displayed at the bottom with the items number HN 2016. This figurine is in mint condition. No chips or cracks. No original box or paperwork.

Originally designed in the potteries of Staffordshire England in the 1760s, Toby Jugs (Fillpots or Philpots) are modelled as seated or standing figures, typically jovial and intoxicated holding a beer, with a tricorn hat forming the spout and a handle on the back. These jugs also take the form of popular historical or fictional characters. Figural jugs modelled with only the head and shoulders are referred to as Character or Face Jugs.

The bowl measures approximately 6” diameter (at the base) x 1-1/2” H.
It’s in good vintage condition.
Based on the backstamps, shape and color, the bowl is dated from 1937-1942.
Background information:
The Bunnykins dinnerware range was first produced during 1937 and was gifted to the royal children. As the royal children were eating from their Bunnykins fine china, mothers around the world began going crazy for these special little dinnerware sets for their own children. The collection initially popular in England, then saw traction in other countries such as Australia. Many of the pieces were made from earthenware, with the exception of a number of pieces made from bone china. Plates signed by Barbara Vernon are among the most valuable. Source: Antique-HQ dot com.

1940s Royal Doulton “Falstaff” HN 2054 Porcelain Figurine 7” - Vintage Mint

Here's an original 1949 Royal Doulton figures catalog/booklet.  This catalog is about 5.5" X 8.5" and 24 pages.  Each page pictures two to six figures that were in production at Royal Doulton as of January 1, 1949.  Along with the name of each figure, the item's product number also appears.  This booklet would be a great resource in identifying vintage Doulton figures from the late 1940s and early 1950s.  Book is in excellent condition, especially for its age (nearly 75 years old); there's some light surface dirt on the covers and some light handling wear along the edges and at the corners of the covers.  Pages are all in mint condition.  Thanks for looking!

Here is a partial set of very old (made in 1919-1940) Royal Doulton china.  There are two tea cups that are yellowed on the inside.  Also, 9 saucers, 7 dinner plates.  Some are in better condition than others. Two dinner plates are slightly larger than the other 5.  Some of the pieces have grazing on them but not all. They are absolutely beautiful with blue and pink flower design and would be lovely as decor. Selling as one set. Pattern is Astbury.

RARE 1940s Royal Doulton HN 2567 Merely a Minor Dapple Gray Stallion Stud Horse.  A beautiful example of an early Royal Doulton Horse Figurine HN 2538 named  "MERELY A MINOR".  This figurine is a little over 9" tall and 9-3/4" long. A dappled grey stallion with a green/brown color glazed base.  Manufactured in England in the early 1940s.  This model was discontinued in the late 50's. Museum quality. Excellent condition.  Fast, Free shipping anywhere in US.
