NIB Minnesota Twins bobble head from Russ.

This bobble head is copyrighted 1992. 

In new condition, has paint flaw around arm. Also note that the bottom has a sticky adhesive. Not sure if it still sticks due to age. It appears to be discolored. The bobble head is missing the cardboard insert and plastic wrapping. Please see photos.
