You won't believe the things this machine does!! If i didn't need the money to move so bad i wouldn't be selling it!!,it had up to 6 user accounts, which it can differentiate between users by a fingerprint!! I can't believe that it makes better milk foam than anyone i know! It's literally all automatic!!no need to change the filter inserts between different drinks, or tapping down and tapping coffee grounds out. You only place the glass and push a button!! You should see the three layer frappe macchiato with almost two inches of milk foam on top!! And every button for every one of the six users is customizable!! If you want your cappuccino with more coffee and less milk ,you can set it  that way..you can set the grind of the coffee, there Is a separate bypass slot on top to put in decaf or a flavored grind that will bypass the regular coffee. Which the grinder holds up to a out 3/4lb of beans . It has a gasket around the lid
