Although they are shimmers they aren’t so overpowering, you can build them up. 
Brand new comes with box. Is not a small palette so it’s worth the money.

Rare Beauty Magnetic Spirit Eyeshadow Palette is a new, limited edition six-pan palette that includes all shimmer shades, though they varied from more satin-to-pearl to intense, sparkling and metallic. All six shades have semi-opaque or better color payoff in a single layer, while the formula was generally creamier, denser, and smoother so fallout wasn't a concern. 
Colors: 
Ablaze is a moderately warm-toned, light-medium duochrome with a metallic finish. 
 Ignite is a moderately warm-toned, light-medium plum with a satin finish. 
 Power is a very cool-toned, dark purple with a pearl finish.
 Clarity is a very warm-toned, light peach with a metallic finish.
