All alterations were made to be reversible without damage to dress :)

Vintage y2k mermaid prom dress. Women’s size 2 green and turquoise mermaid gown. It’s an empire waist with a ruffled bodice. There is a slight in the front and the dress has a longer train in the back. There are rhinestones and beadwork all over the dress. Some of the rhinestones have fallen off with age.
