Vintage Christmas Train Tracks Toy State North Pole Replacement (20) Pieces

This is in good, vintage, played-with condition.  There are some scuffs (see photos) with worn off paint.  3 pieces of the track each had a break on one rail, but they have  been well-repaired.  There are 2 straight pieces and 12 curved.  
This set has a great motor in the engine!  This is a lot of train to pull.  The rubber on the wheels is drying with age, causing the wheels to slip with the whole train in tow.  TO FIX THIS, I removed the rubber gaskets and replaced them with rubber bands allowing the wheels to grip.  I am including the original gaskets.  The rubber bands are not perfect, but DO work.  A couple gaskets from the hardware store would be another option.  
The engine has 4 C and the tender car has 2 AA batteries, new ones included. The engine has the motor and light.  Tender car has sound and music.

Train Tracks & Trains - Toy State

This is in fantastic condition.  It is made from plastic and is lightweight, yet well-made.  It takes 3 C-size batteries. I am not including them due to the weight.  
The boom on the crane spins 360, but does not raise up.  The red light on the engine is the on/off switch and it lights up when running.  
I do not have track for this.  There is 1 inch between the wheels. The ending is 12” long.  I don’t know the size ratio for this set.  Smoke free home.
