Fair used condition - It has two hook and eyes sewn in by the neckline to hold the lapels down, It is missing half of one of the hooks. You could sew in back on if you want. It can be worn just fine without it also.
This jacket has had repairs on the pockets right at the corner. But they have been fixed and are not very noticeable.
