Brand new with tags. Wilson's Leather red convertible backpack bag. Strap can be zipped and used slung over the shoulder or unzipped and used as two straps for a backpack. Bag also has a top handle. MSRP (in the 80s) was $100. Some minor marks to the outside from storage and a pull on the bottom strap as pictured, but never used. Flap top with magnetic closure. Multiple pockets for lots of storage options!

The leather will not remain pristine because is a natural leather, meaning it is naked with no synthetic top finishes, so scratching will occur.
What is so wonderful about this leather is that is looks and feels luxurious.

Wilson’s Leather Red Briefcase Messenger

Vintage (90s) Wilson's Leather (2) sided crossbody bag with top handle in a light brown leather with black fabric lining.
The bag measures 9"x7"x2.5".
The front flap opens to a zippered pocket with a velcro closure pocke that measures approx 3"x5.5"x0.5" and two pen-sozed holders with large compartment with a zippered pocket behind it.
The back flap has a 6"x7" zippered compartment and opens to another 6"x7" zippered pocket, (4) card-sized  slip pockets, and an ID window slot with a large compartment behind.
The detachable, adjustable crossbody strap with a drop of 23"-26", the handle has a drop of 4.5".
The bag is in good condition for age, has some marks in the leather and defects in the lining of the flaps. See pics for details.

This Wilsons Leather shoulder bag definitely has a worn-in distressed look! Not sure if it is meant to look that way or not! It is a dark shade of brown and features a flap that folds over the front of the bag and snaps closed. Zip top closure. There is a large, spacious interior with one zipper pocket and several slip pockets. The handles are not removable or adjustable.

Measures approximately 14" x7.25" x 4.5" with an 11" handle drop 

Pre-owned: There are all-over scratches/scuffs. I did not see any holes, rips, or tears in the leather or lining. The bag has been cleaned inside and out, and the leather has been conditioned. Structurally, this bag is in good shape- it just definitely has a distressed/weathered look to it!

The purse is divided into three sections, with two snap sections on the outside and it has a zipper section in the middle. On the top of purse, there is a flap that has a magnetic snap clasp, with a faux buckle on the top of it. All of the sections are lined in a black cloth. Inside the zipper sections front wall, there is a pouch pocket and six credit card slots on the front and a pouch pocket behind it. .
