Why did I receive a warning?

Mercari may send out warning messages if you've listed a prohibited item or engaged in prohibited conduct. Warnings may also include temporary suspensions, account restrictions, or termination depending on the severity of the warning or number of prior warnings received.

If you feel that you received a warning in error, please let us know, and be sure to include the Item ID if applicable. You can find the Item ID in the message you received about the removed listing.
